Terms of service

Plain version: use it for a real food business, keep your menu accurate, pay for the plan you're on, and either of us can walk away with notice.

Last updated: 1 August 2026

These terms apply between Zideira and the business subscribing to it. By creating an account you accept them.

1. What the service is

Zideira provides hosted digital menus, QR codes, order taking and related management tools. We provide the platform. What appears on your menu, and how you fulfil orders, is entirely your responsibility.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details when signing up and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your staff do with the access you grant them. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.

3. Your content

Menu items, photos, descriptions, prices and branding remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to host and display them within the service. You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload, including photographs.

You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, allergen and ingredient information, and any claims you make about your food. This matters — allergen information in particular carries legal weight in most jurisdictions.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Zideira to sell anything illegal, to mislead your customers, to send unsolicited marketing, or to attack the platform or attempt to access other accounts. We may suspend an account that does.

5. Plans, payment and renewals

  • Paid plans are billed per branch, monthly or yearly in advance
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
  • Cancel from your dashboard at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice, which will never affect a period you've already paid for
  • If payment fails, we'll retry and notify you. After 14 days the account drops to the free plan

6. Free plan

The free plan is provided as-is with the limits described on the pricing page. We may change those limits with notice, and may deactivate free accounts that show no activity for twelve months.

7. Orders and payments from your guests

Zideira passes orders to you and, where you've enabled online payment, passes the transaction to a payment gateway. We are not a party to the sale. The contract for the food is between you and your guest. Refunds, complaints, food quality and delivery are your responsibility.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but don't promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. We're not liable for losses caused by downtime, your own internet connection, or a third-party provider's failure.

9. Your data

You can export your menu, orders and guest list at any time. On closure we delete your data as described in the privacy policy. Keep your own exports if you need long-term records.

10. Ending it

You can cancel whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, doesn't pay, or is used in a way that puts the platform or other customers at risk. Where circumstances allow, we'll warn you first.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect losses.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to account holders at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and disputes fall to the courts of Kuwait.
