What we build

Six things your food business needs online. Take one, or take all of them.

Zideira is not a single product with an on switch. Each piece below stands on its own and shares the same menu, the same guest list and the same dashboard, so nothing has to be typed in twice.

Everything is priced in Kuwaiti dinar, takes KNET, and works in Arabic and English from the first day.

Why together

One guest, one record, whichever door they came through.

Most places end up with a menu on one service, a booking widget on another and a loyalty card in a drawer. None of them know about each other, so nobody knows who the regulars are.

The same menu everywhere

Write an item once. It appears on the table QR code, in the delivery ordering site, in the WhatsApp confirmation and on the receipt. Change the price at ten in the morning and every one of them is correct by one past.

  • One item, one price, every channel
  • Sold out hides it from all of them at once
  • Arabic and English written side by side
  • No spreadsheet exports between systems

One guest record, not five

The guest who booked table nine last Thursday is the same guest who ordered delivery on Sunday and joined the loyalty scheme in March. Zideira knows that. Your staff see it on the booking before the guest reaches the door.

  • Bookings, orders and loyalty on one profile
  • Visit count and spend without asking anyone
  • Notes and preferences carry between visits
  • Tags flag the regulars and the first-timers

Questions

Before you pick

No. Most places start with the QR menu, add ordering once they see the traffic, and turn on reservations when the floor gets busy enough to need it. You pay for what is switched on.

Yes. Send us your current menu in any format — a spreadsheet, a PDF, photographs of the printed menu — and we build it for you before you go live. Existing guest and booking lists can usually be imported too.

Anything marked coming soon is genuinely in development and not for sale yet. Join the waitlist and we will tell you when it is ready — there is no charge and no obligation.

Yes. Every guest-facing screen reads right to left properly in Arabic, and every field where you write a name or description has an Arabic box beside the English one.

Not sure which pieces you need?

Tell us what your day looks like — how many covers, how many branches, where the orders come from now — and we will tell you honestly which parts are worth switching on and which are not.
